By completing this form, I declare that as a participant (performer) and/or musical composer, I authorize UWMUSIC. To use said works for use in the project called SHOW DE TALENTOS UWMUSIC.

By virtue of this authorization it is understood that the musical work may be distributed, exhibited and communicated in the country and abroad, and in general, used by any means of communication.

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that UWMUSIC, or other persons or entities under its direction, may film, photograph or otherwise record their attendance at the Event and their participation in any of its Activities for publicity, promotional, commercial and/or internal purposes of UWMUSIC. You hereby grant UWMUSIC the right to use for all the time permitted by the laws, regulations and treaties in force, throughout the world and without any type of compensation, of said materials for the indicated purposes. Likewise, you authorize UWMUSIC to show your name, image, classifications and results in the Event, both during and after and in any medium.

This authorization does not imply transfer of the copyright of the musical work and additionally guarantees, in compliance with the provisions of article 11 of Andean Decision 351 of 1993 and 30 of Law 23 of 1982, the mention of the name of the author. . In the event that the work involves the image of a person, the participant will be responsible for requesting the required authorizations and will exonerate the CENTRO ONLINE DE ESTUDIOS MUSICALES UWMUSIC from any requirement for eventual claims to the right to the image.
